[EN] PREVEX - Training on the Prevention of Emotional & Sexual Abuse Among Youth

Description
The PREVEX Training Course, entitled "Training on the Prevention of Emotional and Sexual Abuse Among Youth", is an e-learning course created within the PREVEX (Training Platform on The Prevention of Affective and Sexual Abuse among Youth) project.

The project consortium (from different European countries, namely France, Portugal, Italy, Austria, Malta and Spain) designed this initiative to contribute to the prevention of sexual violence in young adults and adolescents. As such, this course offers young people and professionals the opportunity to acquire knowledge in the area of Sexual Education, specifically:
• Sexual & Emotional Health Education (Self & Social Knowledge, and Sexual & Gender Diversity in Context)
• Consent & Sexual Violence (Sexual Consent, Recognising Sexual Abuse, and Practical Prevention Resources)

By participating in this training programme, trainees will update their knowledge and be better equipped to address emotional and sexual education (via the practical 'Education Kits'), ultimately preventing affective and sexual violence behaviours towards young people.

Who should attend?
• Professionals working directly with young people within university circles (teachers, trainers, academics, etc.) or within specific educational environments (educators, associations, etc.);
• Young people between 16 and 25 years old;
• Judicial justice and community associations.
